Zachary Kern, a senior at Liberty County High School, has been recently named the 2013-14 recipient of the Fort San Luis Daughters of the American Revolution Award. A DAR Good Citizen must have the qualities of dependability, service, leadership and patriotism. The faculty of LCHS chose Zachary for this award because he demonstrates these qualities in an outstanding way. Zachary will receive a pin and certificate during an awards ceremony of the Fort San Luis chapter meeting in Tallahassee on February 8th. Congratulations, Zachary, on earning this well deserved honor!
