Liberty County High School
Posted On: Monday, February 24, 2014

Ryann Moore, a junior at LCHS, has recently attended the Youth Tour sponsored by the Florida Electric Cooperatives of Florida and Talquin Electric.  Bright, talented high school juniors from across the state visited Florida’s capital to prove that the leaders of tomorrow are nothing short of spectacular! These students were selected based on scores for academics, leadership, public speaking skills and volunteer service in their schools and communities.  Four students were chosen from this group to represent Talquin Electric at the NRECA National Youth Tour in Washington, D.C. this summer. Ryann Moore was one of those four.  She will travel to Washington D.C. to learn about the unique cooperative business model and our democratic government while visiting historic landmarks.  Congratulations to Ryann!
